[Translators] VLC for Android Translations

Hello,
I just added missing "VLC for Android" translations in Lithuanian language.
I don't have transifex.com account, and I also don't know how to use it.
Please check my translation, and add it to Your app if you wish. I added
missing translations for "VLC for Android" v3.3.3.
