new MSYS release

Hi,

For those interested in compiling the win32 build natively on Windoze, a 
new snapshot of MSYS (www.mingw.org) has been released. This snapshot works 
really nicely, and it doesn't fail miserably with libtool anymore so you 
can even compile libdvdcss with it.

If you want to learn more about using it with vlc, read the INSTALL.win32 
file from the vlc' cvs tree.
