[vlc-devel] Source code to windows

I would like to get the source code of the program and library to windows
VC++ 6.0 and your configuration. It's possible?

When I play a DVD, it flutering the sound and video when I play a
quickly music. I have other DVD play  to compare both. And have a sound like
a scratch over vinil disc. This hapens on first part of the DVD. I think is
very strange.
