[vlc-devel] Cascaded configuration buttons

I came across this in adding more configuration options to the libcdio
CD-DA plugin. I have a button to disable the cddb lookups. What I'd
like is a way that if CDDB is disabled, some of the other
customizations (like CDDB server) are not selectable, since they are
meaningless in this context.

Any thoughts?
