[vlc-devel] RedHat RPM's

I've uploaded to the FTP a new version of the files with the fribidi
plugin included.  Also I have added a package for updates that will be
needed if you plan to use the test version of VLC on Red Hat 9, which I
compiled on Fedora Core 1.  They should be available from the site shortly.
