This was fixed a while ago in vcdimager the current CVS; alas had
vcdimager been written more carefully initially, this wouldn't have
happened. Although it would be nice if there were a vcdimager 0.71
release, I don't control that.

The two possibilities then are to use 0.7.20 with libcdio < 0.69 or 
use vcdimager CVS with  libcdio >= 0.69.
