I am still not sure what RTP/RTCP we have to implement. I read the documents 
an I have now at least the glue what RTP is. By the way I have sent an email 
to our video lan emai address. have u receiced it?

It would be grat if u coud give an into what is allready implemented, what 
needs to be implemented and what the interfaces are to the parts envolved in 
VLC. As soon as i have an good overview, I can start with the coding of rfc 
1353.
