RTP and UDP are not very usable without an advertisement mechanism. Also if 
you're streaming multicast, spending a few kbits more in SAP won't make much 
difference. Even in the unlikely case that you're using RTP or UDP unicast, 
SAP bandwidth is so low that it's unlikely to hurt.

I think the SAP checkbox is currently one more pointless click in the way, so 
to put it.

On the one hand, sout-keep is totally irrelevant if you have only one stream 
(which we currently do), and hardly useful if #gather is not enabled too. On 
the other hand, no-sout-keep is mostly useful for convert/record.

IOW, I humbly think this setting is irrelevant and should always be true if it 
were ever made relevant.
