Agreed as well. mediacontrol removal shouldn't be done in a hurry.

Remi, you forgot to mark API as deprecated before removing them.

I did forgot to require that, but to be honest, it's not a big deal with media_list_view stuff I think. Also, the removal of exception was also not done wisely as it was breaking every users that include headers. You should really look forward into removing deprecated API first. Maintaining an API is not maintaining a selfish app. Not to blame you nor anything, this is painful, yes.
