[vlc-devel] VLC Urdu translation [UR]

Hi,
I was planning to spend some time on VLC's Urdu translation. Can I have the
localization file please? As far as I can tell from stats on your
site, localization for Urdu has not been started by anyone. I hope to take
it on and contribute on a regular basis.

If you need a brief bio, I am software engineer by training and and
currently a PhD student by circumstance :).
