[vlc-devel] cross compile: nsis not generating vlc windows installer

*HEAD NOTE: this might be helpful in testing of current git code dated dec
15 vlc-2-1-0.*

I removed all occurrences of npvlc from the nsis script file

extras/package/win32/NSIS/vlc.win32.nsi.in

and was able to successfully generate installer which i installed and
played with hd / normal mp4 video files / streams etc.

It works well in general, except a couple of small things

1. Every file's initial playback hangs for a few seconds i.e. image freezes
for a few secs and then play back resumes normally.
2. If i move video to any location using slider bar, it again freezes for a
few secs, and then resumes normally.

Primarily the difference between any stable version that i was using
previously (vlc 2.0.4) is this hanging delay which occurs every time i move
video slider or in the start of playback. this is git version pulled today
i.e. vlc-2-1-0.

Thanks,
Fayyaz
