[vlc-devel] VLC doesn't orchestrate the live555 plugin correctly?

This is not necessarily abnormal. If the inter-packet delay variation suddenly 
jumps, the input buffer will underflow.

That might be true, but it remains a bold claim especially without a patch or 
at least an analysis of the code.
