I have AMD TB 850, 256 MB RAM, ATI Mach64 2 MB, sdl vout (x11 vout has
same performance), kernel 2.4.5, X 4.0.3, 16 bpp and output window size
set to 640x480 (I modified the sources so that fullscreen has the size of
normal output window). Sound is synchronized and video has good quality
(it is a little bit ugly due to rescale and some frames are skipped - but
it's not noticeable). However, I plan to buy a new card.

Have a nice day.
