libdvdcss on MacOS X 10.1

I'm trying to compile libdvdcss-0.0.3 on MacOS X 10.1. But I'm getting 
attached massage...
I don't know I could compile the libdvdcss or not.

When I try to play DVD from terminal, nothing is happening. I'm getting 
this massage.

I guess that I'm not finishing libdvdcss compile.
