Video is garbled in Windows 2000/XP

I have the same problem,

running a HP Vectra VL-400 with Intel 81815 Graphic Controller, also the
same " vout error: can't create YUV overlay surface." -error.

This worked fine with earlier version (02.92), the only difference I
have done is upgrading to DirectX8.1
