Hi all,
While playing dvb-s (Nova) from vls on vlc (Windows version) client it often crashes. Just before this happens I see in the log lots of warnings : "late picture skipped", "Intra-B15 coeff is out of band" and "MPEG2NonIntra coeff is out of bounds". To rule out network issues I replaced the switch with a crossover cable. During this period vls generates the occasional error: "libdvbpsi error (misc psi) Bad CRC_32".
Has anyone seen this before. It looks like I may be seeing errors from the Satellite that are not filtered by vls and cause vlc to crash.
Keith
