[vlc] configure broken?

The newest version of vlc, 0.4.6, seems to have a broke
configure. libdvbpsi is not correctly found, earlier versions
of vlc did not have this problem. Even if I provide the path
to its libraries and headers, configure seems unable to
compile the test program.

Using a52 as default sound decoder is a great improvement.
However, I always get a warning "no accelerated IMDCT found",
although the SSE accelerated version has been successfully
compiled as built in. Everything runs fine, playback of DVDs
is smooth etc., but the warning irritates me.

Keep up this great work
Michael
