[vlc] Problem running vlc

Hi:

	I just downloaded and installed the latest VideoLan Client. I can view the
sample vod locally, but when I try an serve it up from my Redhat Liunx box
using vlms -d 192.168.130.100 presentation_short.vob, I do not get a picture
or sound on the client. The display window pops up but that is it. When I
run it in looping mode it sends to following messages to my terminal window

Error: not a startcode: 1b 04 21 instead of 00 00 01
