Sorry for the delay in replying: I've been having all manner of problems
trying to get the cvs version to compile. I've managed it (finally).
Unfortunately, I still get a segfault. I also seem to have lost ALL
audio playback. Of course this might be something I've done wrong in the
build.

If your version seems okay I'm wondering if I might be using an
incorrect/outdated version of a library. The only ones I'm making use
of, as far as I'm concerned, is ffmpeg and libmeg2; both of which I've
grabbed via cvs.
