[vlc] Re: changing framerate of capturing in vlc

[tom alter]

i am sending the vlc log for two resolution modes
352x288 and 704x576. in both resolutions the video is
jerky but very severe in 704x576. Also the cpu
utilisation is around 68% in the first mode and around
95% in the second mode. The systems response is
sluggish in the second mode. The logs are pretty huge.
