Christopher,
the installation from the CVS is not so easy, for me at least.
mpeg2dec of the CVS on RH9.0 complains a lot of link errors (on
video_out_x11 and video_out_sdl). Is there a workaround?
And also, on the VideoLAN CVS there's only vlc, libdvdcss, libdvbpsi,
libdvdplay. For all other packages should an installation from the release
source work?

Regards
Paolo
