[vlc] MPEG2 streaming playback problems

Hi,
 
 I'm streaming an MPEG2 file from one VLC client using RTP multicast.
 
Another machine running VLC client plays back this stream. Unfortuantely I get broken video and audio.
 
I am running on an isolated 100Mbit LAN.
 
I get same problem if I run the second instance of the VLC client for playback on the same machine that is doing the streaming.
 
I am running Windows XP. I do not get any problems if I playback the MPEG2 file as a local disk file.
 
Does anynone know whatthe problem is?
