[vlc] Re: Problem with VLC and Framebuffer

VLC source code can be found here :

with all the required libraries/ Not all of them are required, depending
on the  options you  want to  use in your  VLC. Some  of those  libs are
included  in the  debian  distribution, as  well  as their  developpment
packages. Others have to be compiled and installed "by hand".

Don't   forget  to   compile   ffmpeg  with   the  --enable-pp   option.
It   is  also   advised   to  compile   ffmpeg   statically,  by   using
--with-ffmpeg-tree=/path/to/ffmpeg/source/tree option to vlc's configure
script.
