[vlc] streaming from a tv tuner

Hi I want to stream from a tv tuner [flyvideo II]

I can stream the video but i cann't stream the audio i
want to stream in "ts" and no matter what i put the
mux it always stream an "es" and i have difficulties
compiling with the cvs version when i enable
--with-ffmpeg-tree= option it always say libavcodec
error 

If you have a solution to how to stream from tv tuner
with vlc it would be great.

Note i want to stream with minimum bandwidth usage
less than 900Kbps with a good quality , can u write me
the command line to perform the task !?
