[vlc] sound mpga encoder problem

Good Day Guys.

Thanks for the help making my small kit getting to
work.

Yet i have noticed that even with the FlyVideo TvTuner
i always have this mpga problem and also no other than
mpgv vcodec worked ,,, we'll get back to the video
codecs later ,,,,,

But i always no matter what i do i get this msg :

creating audio transcoding from fcc=`mpga' to
fcc=`mpga'

open encoder
[00000163] stream_out_transcode private error: cannot
create audio chain
[00000171] mpeg_audio decoder error: cannot add a new
stream

input method
[00000161] gtk interface debug: stream has changed,
refreshing interface
[00000167] main private debug: adding a new input
[00000167] mux_ts private debug: adding input
codec=mpgv


How to make mpga work or even more how to make any
other like a52 audio encoder work ok even i have VLC
compiled with each and every encoder it can get and
plugin.....
