[vlc] Vstrip for cutting VOB's

FYI

I've been pretty happy with the Linux vstrip port at
http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/opsys/linux/sf/v/vidtoolports

The resulting files are always playable by 3 different
clients, and it's very fast.  I'm using this to do some
on-demand splicing of files - would be nice if it
had a way of estimating time rather than simply bytes,
I use mpgtx for that at the moment.
