[vlc] install vlc on ppc (OS: yelloe dog linux)

  hi,
    i saw the web (http://www.videolan.org/doc/vlc-user-guide/en/ch03.html)
    to install vlc on powerpc (OS:yellow dog linux).
 
    what i have installed:

  *ffmpeg-0.4.9-pre1: 
     ./configure --enable-gpl --enable-share --enable-pp ;make ;make install

     ./configure;make;make install
  *libdvdcss-1.2.7
     ./configure;make;make install 
  *libdvdplay-1.0.1
      ./configure;make;make instal
  *libdvdread-20030812
      ./configure;make;make instal
  *libmad-0.15.0b
      ./configure;make;make instal
  *mpeg2dec-0.4.0
      ./configure;make;make instal
  *vlc-snapshot-20040727
     ./configure --disable-altivec --with-ffmpeg-tree=(PATH);make;make 
install
 ==================================================================
    i can install vlc without any error  But i can't send multicast
  files (moive) using "vlc -vvv 1.mpg --sout udp:239.255.12.42 -ttl 12".
  i can receive multicast files and see the file (moive) playing but i 
  have no interface to control it.
    Are there any package which i forget to install?
