[vlc] Re: ES translation

Thanks for your help.

The documentation is currently being translated to spanish by Mariano
Garcia (mariano dot garcia at optivamedia dot com). You can see with him
if he needs help.

But VLC itself also needs to be translated to spanish. This translation
is partly done but is not currently up to date. This translation was
started  by Antonio Javier Varela (tonxabar at hotmail dot com). Once
again, try to contact him, he will perhaps leave you the translation as
we have not heard from him for some time.
