[vlc] bug report

name is ray email is c.ray2comcast.net i live in usa, i have windows xp
 sp2 with xp firewall, i tryed the 8.1 vlc player you haveand it dont
 play lision stuff at all like windows meaid player dose with .asx like
 wwe streaming service that have or mlb payed serivce that got any
 thing like that will not play also 8.1 vl, dose hand and the picture
 freezes right up also, the sound freezes also, and on windows xp sp2
 the player will not clse not even close wen try tas manager need to
 reboot but, yet 7.2 works great but not play wwe or mbl payed stuff or
 any payed stuff like payed webcast money you pay for a serivce to
 watch a payed web steam will not play pls fix this ty
