[vlc] Color SSA subtitles

Hello!

I have tried a matroska file and with dissapointment I discovered that
VLC is not fully supporting SSA subtitles (although it states that it
does), and especially the formatting of these subtitles.

Will this feature be supported in the future? Any plans about it?
