[vlc] Multicasting (TTL problem with Video LAN Client)

Hello

Is their a bug in the VLC media player streaming wizard regarding the ttl
parameter. Iam trying to stream a video film to a multicast address
and setting the ttl = 12 but it seems it always takes it as ttl =1
is their a solution for this bug
