[vlc] svn access

Hi~~~

Is anonymous svn access still allowed ?
I suddenlly found my TortoiseSVN can't access the repository, the error 
message
is "Can't connect to host 'svn.videolan.org <http://svn.videolan.org>', 
because the target machine actively refused it".

And i have tried another sipfoundry repository, it works, so is that the vlc 
anonymous
access no longer exist?
