Petr,

It is likely that your wireless link has noticeable packet loss.
Most wireless protocols support re-tries but some vendors turn
this feature off for long-distance point-to-point links. You
may want to check if your wireless equipment has this feature.

FTP will work fine since it uses TCP which has a re-transmission
mechanism. However UDP has no such method to re-send lost packets
and the result will be very bad video.

Please try Marian's suggestions and let us know if using RTP or TCP
helped.
