[vlc] [PATCHES] .. sort by Album, and Meta-info decoding for Speex

In  the future I was thinking of implementing various other options to 
helps sort the display of items:

   1. I like the idea of implementing a "Display format" option similar
      to that of xmms, and winamp whereby one defines a string, "%p - %t
      - %t"
   2. A better method of defining sorting trees...
   3. Ability to have a button to "read in title info"  rather than have
      to double click every file in the playlist to get the info to come
      up.. (probably don't want to read http:// style files, or other
      types...)
   4. Ability to save to a playlist that includes more meta-data..

Is anyone else (currently / thinking of) developing these features?
