[vlc] switching soundcards.

Hi Folks:

A couple of questions:

1.  Am I correct in saying that one can choose which computer soundcard to use for audio?

2.  Is there a way to navigate from chapter to chapter on a DVD.  I use the default Hotkey [n] for next but it doesn't seem to get it.
