[vlc] avi sound without video vlc-0.8.5

hi list,
i 'm using vlc-0.8.5, when playing an avi file,
there is only sound, no video, the window size is correct, but filled
by blue color

but if i open two vlc player simulously, then the other one output
video normally

anyone knows why?
