Well I think the deinterlacing filter does work but the problem is that the
upscaling algorithm. A pixel in 720x576 is enlarged as a larger square in
the 1280x768 output.

So the new question I suppose is if there is a possibility to set which
upscale algorithm that is used - nearest neighboor, bi-cubic aso.
