The livedotcom library vlc uses to access rtsp streams currently doesn't
compile on the cross compilation platform we use to generate the pocket
pc binaries... So basically, there is no rtsp support on vlc pocket pc.
Any help on this subject would be welcome, but I'm afraid this is mostly
a maturity issue of the cross compilation toolkit... (correct me if I'm
wrong)
