[vlc] DVS

[Dean Masters]

Will the VLC player play the description track on DVD's? These are on some 
DVD's so the visually impaired can hear what is going on during the movie. 
At times when there is nothing spoken a narrator describes the scenery, 
action, etc. If it isn't in the latest version could it be put in the next 
version?
