[vlc] AVI files of recent Samsung photo's are parsed badly by VLC

File has two probems:
  1) audio not played, though its parameters (bitrate, etc) seemed to be  
recognised ok
  2) file length is determined to be much-much larger than it is really.

File is AVI/XVid/MS-ADPCM

Direct-X based players play it ok and determine length ok (GOM Player,  
Windows Media Player, Direct X graph editor)
