[vlc] version info in Win 0.8.6i Janus is "insecure"

Hi folks

I use Secunia's PSI software to help keep my applications up to date. 
PSI is showing that the vlc.exe program is "insecure" or out of date. In 
the Help | About VLC the version is showing as "i", unfortunately 
version "g" is shown by:
   the PSI application,
   the installation program (downloaded 3 times), and
   the internal version shown by Windows for vlc.exe.
