[vlc] Problème avec dernières versions VLC (2)

FYI. The windows fixes I passed onto the jvlc team at the time for thier review and incorperation into the windows "C" code so my name would not have been in the vlc source code control comments.

I started to set myself up again a couple of days ago to start looking into this issue but figured there must be an expert already in http streaming since that seemed an important function for the product.

If there is no current support for fixing this issue I can try to look into it but my doctor has stated the last couple of years with my diabetic condition that working all hours still runs the risk of losing arms/legs/vision which is why I stopped supporting open source till 2-4AM in the mornings. So you can say I gave more than my all to projects although I work in the background alot.

Best Regards,
-Tony
