[vlc] VLC doesn't play .WAV in full length

Hallo,

 

I use VLC 1.03 in Windows 7 german. As installed, VLC is also 'responsibly' for .WAV. Playing these files, the last syllable is swallowed. Windows Media Player sounds okay.

I've attached a small example, listen.
