[vlc] installed v 1.1.0 last night and it has hiccups

Hi,

I;ve been using VLC for a while now (Great tip from my teen son....).

Prefer it to the MS player, I Really like your player.

last night I installed v. 1.1.0

Im experiencing terrible hiccups in lowbit 48 bitrate files. These are from
webradio and such.
With the previous version I didn't have this problem.
What can I do to prevent this??
