[vlc] VLC Media Support

Hello VLC-Team.

I have an audio DVD downloaded from Diatonis.

It should be 5.0, 96kHz, 24bit surround sound in LPCM.
Since version 1.1.0, VLC can play this. But there are no surround channels. I can only play stereo.
The pic shows the codec info from VLC.

I hope this problem can be fixed.
