[vlc] Bug in VLC, when Video is playing in fullscreen.

Dear VideoLAN-Team,


there is a bug, that happen in Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7, when you watch a video in fullscreen. If I click on the Control box, the task bar will be turn up in the bottom. That problem is in 32-bit & in 64-bit. I don't know how to move or cut out the task bar without clicking on the video. In the options I can't find a right option.
