[vlc] VLC add support

Hello,
           I have Windows XP with VLC 1.1.5 and ATI card video and
SoundBlaster Audigy.

    All works well BUT my VCD or SVCD because I create a menu in my VCD and
SVCD but I can't display it in VLC, it is possible to correct it?

When I put my VCD or SVCD in my DVD player, I'm able to see my menu and
choose the selection like a menu of DVD.
