[vlc] vlc Digest, Vol 47, Issue 23

Now I have tried, neither 'f', nor F11 controls fullscreen on my machine (OS X v.10.6.7)
'f' controls the amount of 'audio delay' I might need (never used it, never knew it was there!) and
F11 controls volume (with F12).
