[www-doc] start with vlc programing

Hello to all.
I'd like vlc, I'm using it and I think that it's excelent tool for
streaming a video, I was doing several experiments with excelents
results...but now I'm trying to make a little program using the source
of vlc, but I don't know how to do..I was reading the official web
page and don't find anything that help me...I hope that you help me,
and tell me how to start to develop.
