[www-doc] LIbvlc file explanation

Hi there,

Can anyone help me with explaining the job of these files in the LibVlc, ive 
already read the devolper documents but i didnt find many information about 
them.the files are
Input/access.c
misc/image.c
misc/messages.c
misc/block.c

Moreover if some one can explain what does Data blocks management functions 
means in the vlc.
Please i need the explination because im working on my final year project, 
any help is appriciated.Many thanks in advanced
